Health and Welfare


  • Plan Options
    DTCC pays for a significant portion of the health and welfare coverage for you and your dependents, including domestic partners. Choose from a selection of medical plans, with prescription drug coverage, vision care and dental benefits also provided. Coverage begins on your first day of full-time employment.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
    Employees are eligible on the first day of full-time employment and may set aside up to $5,000 (before taxes) in the Health Care and/or Dependent Care plans. Salary deductions are made in equal installments.

Future Financial Goals


  • Savings Plan
    You are eligible as of your date of hire, and may contribute 1% to 30% of your base pay and incentive pay as 401k, Roth 401k and /or after tax. You are always 100% vested in your savings plan account including DTCC match of 50% of the first 6% that you contribute. The plan offers a wide variety of investment choices.
  • Retirement Plan
    Employees who are over age 21 are eligible for this company-paid plan on the first day of the month following six months of continuous employment. Retirement benefits provide a monthly income, based upon date of retirement, eligible pay and years of credited service. You become vested after five years, or at age 55, whichever comes first.

Family Protection


  • Life Insurance
    Basic coverage equal to twice your annual base salary is provided beginning on your first day of full-time employment. This amount is increased automatically when you receive salary increases. Supplemental coverage for yourself and/or your dependents is also available.
  • Business Travel Insurance
    This company-paid plan is also available on your first day of employment, and pays a lump sum in the event of accidental death or injury while traveling on business.
  • Long-Term Disability
    Employees are eligible as of the 31st day of full-time employment. The plan provides income replacement equal to 60% of your monthly base salary (maximum $12,000), after 180 days of disability.
  • Additional Coverage
    DTCC employees are also eligible for coverage under our Short-Term Disability Pay Program. Long-Term Care Insurance is also available.

Career and Professional Development


  • Tuition Loan & Refund Program
    Tuition paid for undergraduate, graduate and non-degree courses that pertain to your career path or enrolled degree program is eligible for reimbursement. Employees are eligible to receive reimbursement for up to 15 credit hours per school year, reimbursed on a sliding scale based upon final grade.
  • Employee Education
    Educational opportunities are provided for DTCC employees looking to increase their knowledge in the areas of Technology, Business, Leadership and Professional Development. Visit the DTCC Education Center to learn more.

At DTCC, your compensation is based on the achievement of goals and on performance that reflects our values and core competencies. Our plans are market based and results-driven - designed to attract and retain top talent.

Base salary is determined by the position you obtain, as well as by the experience, skill and knowledge you bring to your role. Our Compensation team continually assesses business needs and market trends to ensure that base pay is both competitive and equitable.

DTCC's variable pay component is awarded through discretionary annual cash incentives. These are based on your performance against individual goals and on your contribution to broader departmental and corporate goals.
