We review each situation on a case-by-case basis.
What should I expect from an interview at DTCC?
Generally the interview process will include the completion of an application and an interview with a recruiter. The interview will include behavioral-type questions and could include appropriate assessments for certain positions. After this round we can determine if you will be invited back for further interviews with our line managers.
Do I have to have a financial services background to join DTCC?
Although a financial services background would catch our eye, your ability and willingness to learn the industry would also make for an ideal match at DTCC.
